Luau Shirt Company’s Shipping Info and Policies

Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Mail servicing the USA and we reserve the right to select the best carrier for your order.

Delivery Times:
Priority shipping: Your order is delivered in approximately 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered within the contiguous U.S. and up to 5 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.

Express shipping: Your order is delivered next day to most mainland locations, but some remote locations may take 2 days.

International shipping: Your order is delivered in 5 to 8 business days (providing there is no delay at customs). Please note that shipping usually costs about the same for one shirt, as it does 2 shirts.

Service Days:
Monday-Saturday for Hawaiian shirts, leis, Luau party decorations, mugs, Hawaiian t-shirts and beachwear
Delivery is available to all 50 U.S. states. Express and Priority shipping available. International shipping is restricted to the United Kingdom, Canada, Great Britain and Australia.

Order Processing:
During regular business days; all orders placed before 2:00pm PST Monday - Friday and Saturday's 11:00am are processed and shipped the same day. Bulky orders, such as a big box of leis, may require up to 2 additional days to prepare.

Damaged Goods, Returns or Exchanges:
We prepare your orders with care; however, a product may arrive damaged or defective. You may also for whatever reason decide that you do not want the product. If this happens, you will simply need to return the product within 30 days upon reception for a full refund or exchange.

When we replace or exchange and item we will ship out the replacement product at no additional cost. Return shipping cost is at customer's expense. Returned items will be processed and credited to the original card holder within 5 business days.

Non Returnable Items:
Items that appear to have been used, washed or worn are not accepted.
